I watched most of the meatsmith series. This guy is awesome. I cannot recommend his channel enough. He even shows how to cut up a side of pork. He also shows how to cure pork. He has videos on butchering birds and sheep. Truly a wealth of information from this guy.

Here is his youtube channel Farmstead Meatsmith ( I highly recommend you check it out!)

Our most recent killing went very much like that. It's nice to know that they are supposed to kind of shudder on the ground like that. Husband said they were but it was a bit disturbing.

I've met Brandon.  My hunting buddies and I took a class from him to help us get better and faster at field processing.  I really like him.  He has a great way of explaining things, and a definite passion for the trade.  If I thought I could replicate my current income from that kind of business I'd try to set up something similar and complimentary.
