Ground curly dock seeds and acorn processing

So we've started selling items from our land. But items that others have for sale are catching my attention. How can I use ground Curley dock seed? Will it be worth the effort?

Also, we are starting to process acorns. I’d love some suggestions on how to use them. Thanks y’all!

I have fed dock seeds to my chickens and they really enjoyed it. I haven't made anything from the dock plant for people to use yet, but I understand that it is a medicinal plant.

The one time I tried to process acorns I let them soak to long and they grew mold. Have you been able to use the ones you processed?

I process acorns by bringing them to a boil once or twice a day after changing the water. This way they don’t grow mould.
