Just wondering if anyone posts “ recipes for beverages…
Anyway, here goes two recipes for late winter snakebite remedies:
Cold winter day-
Appropriate dash of bourbon, a bit of lemon juice, teaspoon of maple/walnut syrup or honey and hot water to fill your mug. Add a nice hot dried pepper if desired.

Drunken nut:
While you’re concentrating your sap down to syrup dip out a half cupful and add a splash of hi- test bourbon. Heavenly.
