I've found what I really want, unfortunately the company is Brazilian and doesn't do international shipping.. Anybody know of an American company that makes something like this??

I would take that picture to a machine shop and see if they can make the cook top and oven parts for you.....

The polish comes from the brick layer and the tile setter. That is easy. Coming up with a plan that works well and allows you to direct the heat under the cook surface or under the oven or through the mass is the difficult part. These seem to be L tubes which would require even more tending than J tubes. Possibly one of the innovators from the last couple of events could be hired to make plans for you.
Example here without the tile work

Hi jackie,
I really like this design with the oven as well but I couldn't find it anywhere online.  Do you mind sharing where you found it?  Or if you where able to get drawings for it?

Thank you for your time
