I have 36" wide raised rows in my garden and want to broadcast mustard and similar seeds without too much waste outside the rows. I have been unable to find a suitable broadcast spreader. Does anyone know where I can obtain one?

I always love looking at gear so I hope someone gets back to you with this. I save more of those kinds of seeds than I could ever really need, so I don't worry about waste and just broadcast by hand.
I use a spice jar with small holes, a strainer and seed starter medium.
I sprinkle the seeds and use the strainer to sift a light coating of the seed starting medium to lightly cover the seeds.
To me this method offer no seed loss.
