I have written a book on the nutritional content of insects. Feel free to check it out. It's called "The Dietitian's Guide to Eating Bugs." It's very much a work in progress and much of it is incomplete, but I intend to have it complete in a few weeks.

Hi Daniel, Welcome to permies. Wow, you have compiled some very interesting, and comprehensive information on bug nutrition. May I suggest you tell us a little about yourself, about your background, the reason for starting this project and your interest in permaculture. if you buy it is it a physical book? Price is steep, but I may be forced to buy it, as it looks great. Which is why the price is probably so steep.
