My little brother once saw a meme that said:

The problem with taco Tuesday is that children need to know that tacos are a wonderful option, any day of the week, not just on Tuesday

Businesses have advertised tacos on Tuesdays since at least 1933. The first known use of the phrase "Taco Tuesday" was in a 1968 Victoria Advocate advertisement for a local business

Some chorizo is nice.

Cotija is divine.

Wrap it in flour or corn to make taco Wednesday a wonderful time!
