So, I just ran across an advertisement for this place.

https://www.americanvinegarworks.com/collections/full-vinegar-collection

And I'm thinking about buying one or more of their taster-boxes. But I'm wondering if anyone here has purchased from them and what they thought of it. I wish they talked more about their techniques since vinegar brewing seems pretty simple the way I do it, but I get it -- they want to sell vinegar, not help me up my game.

I just did a search for reviews and came up with 2 positive independent reviews.  I have not used the product, but the price seems reasonable considering the limited scale of production.

I never know when to trust reviews anymore -- there's a whole ecosystem of fake reviews, both positive and negative and a lot of sites seem to have been built for that sole purpose.

I understand.  I have been offered $20.00 and more to provide positive reviews for certain products.  Of course, I don’t.  What is frustrating is that I would have made positive comments about some of the products if the offer had not been made.

Bananas grow on a stalk like grain. And in bunches like grain. This tiny ad says "grain"
