I am unable to access what I paid for.

If you check my attached file, you will see that I got this error message when I tried to access what I paid for:
"Opps. You don't have sufficient privileges to access this forum."
Could you send me an email address for the senior staff and technical support and I will send this message to them?

You had access while you were logged in to that account.  And then you logged out of that account and logged into your regular account.  Your regular account does not have access.

All we need now is for you to log into that account and reply to this thread - thus proving that you control both.  We will then merge the two accounts into one.

Which is exactly what should happen.

That account has your stuff.  A whole different account.  

You bought stuff with a completely different email address.  While you were not logged in.  You were sent an email talking about how this account was created, and why, and how to mend it if it is a problem.

It is a problem.

We can attempt to fix this.  We would merge the two accounts.  All of the stuff in both accounts would be put into one account.

All we need now is for you to log into that account and reply to this thread - thus proving that you control both.  We will then merge the two accounts into one.
