Unable to access SKIP kickstarter forum and not receiving emails.

I’m guessing that any Kickstarter user that uses Apple ID with an email relay is not receiving your messages and cannot access your permies group.  I went through a month long process of resetting my kickstarter with a standard email address. The last email \ update I received was "first piece of candy went out" , but I did not receive the link and was unable to post a message to the forum because  “You do not have sufficient privileges to access this forum”.

Try this:

On the top-right corner, click on your name and then "edit profile"

Select "email preferences" and then scroll down to "Add secondary email" - add your old kickstarter email address there and then try accessing the private support forum.
