Natural fiber compression socks?

Mr google has been listening to me talk and recommended Hollow socks from alpaca fiber. Anyone know if they are any good?

I am window shopping. Anyone know of another brand that is good?

I don't know about the ones you mentioned, but I do know that my disabled neighbour has to wear compression socks.

When he first started he splashed out on expensive ones that would break my back trying to put them on for him - he's missing one arm so socks aren't something he can easily do for himself. Then I sourced some very cheap ones that are much easier and he can almost put on himself and they do the job just fine. He has diabetes and his legs swell to the point that the skin starts to seep and go scabby and infected if he doesn't wear them. And of course when they swell the socks are even more difficult to put on, so we've persuaded him to splash out on lots of cheap pairs so we they can be changed regularly. Well, fairly regularly...

He's an incredibly independent sort of bloke, and something as simple as those socks is probably the thing that makes it possible for him to cope 'alone' with just a bit of input from us when needed.
