I'd run an adware cleaner or two (several of the free ones are good- SuperAntiSpyware and AdAware off the top of my head). It oftentimes helps to run two- the second sometimes finds what the first one misses.

Yeah......it was on my computer. No idea where I picked it up, as I'm rather careful about where I go. Our IT guy just did a bunch of stuff, deleted caches reset a bunch of stuff and now it looks like it should
