I saw the 'Farm for the Future' film with Hosking recently. She's doing some wonderful stuff.
This is a nice little update. Her piece in the Permaculture.co.uk is also worth reading.

This video is a nice introduction to rotational mob grazing and the benefits of it. I was pleased to finally get an explanation of what 'holistic grazing' is as well; basically just planning in advance which areas of the land would be grazed over the year (so the skylarks can nest safely and orchids can flower).
