Dandelion seeds - source for ordering?

Can anyone recommend a source for dandelion seeds of a large leaved variety?

While in the Netherlands I saw whole yards planted in dandelion and the leaves were quite large.

Here in SC, where we are not so educated in the value of dandelion, I can only find the very small leaves.

Around here, dandelions grown in the shade have much larger leaves than dandelions grown in full sun, and dandelions grown with plenty of moisture have much larger leaves than those grown under dryer conditions. I notice that leaves are larger in early spring than in late summer.

I notice that the rounded leaf type often is shorter while the more angular seem longer larger.......but that might be due to the shade sun as well and my observation is not as good...

I don't know much about them, as I usually just go out and pick some from the lawn or hedgerow as needed.

Baker Creak Seeds has some dandelions and a very good reputation for quality seeds.

I think Carol Deppe mentions dandelion seed sources in one of her books... but which book? Maybe this one?

I will probably order from one of the resources posted by John and Ranson above.

I'll bet that many of the greens that I'm seeing in the markets are chickory rather than true dandelion.

True enough. Most dandelion leaves sold in market are not true.

Johnny's offers 3 varieties (2 'not true', and I believe 1 'true').

Dandelion
Clio
Catalogna

The last two (Clio & Catalogna) are "Italian Dandelion" which is the most commonly marketed 'dandelion'.
