This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEM curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Building.

When you take over an older property, there are often many deferred maintenance issues.  Let's take care of that broken window!

Minimum requirements:
  - Replace an entire window
       - Not just inserting a smaller window into an existing frame
  - Removing, overhauling and reinstalling counts
       - Need a clear video of before and after to prove you did a good job
  - Installing a new window also counts

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The old window
       - Video of its operation if you will be overhauling it
  - The new/rebuilt window ready to go in
  - Old window removed
  - New window installed
        - Video of its operation if you overhauled it
