This is a Badge Bit (BB) that is part of the PEP Curriculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Natural Medicine.

For this BB you will create a tincture out of burdock root or seed.

- picture of the burdock root or seed, freshly harvested
- picture of the tincture being made
- picture of the finished tincture in its labeled jar.

Here is my submission for the Natural Medicine Aspect - Sand for Straw - Burdock Root Tincture BB.

I harvested Burdock Root at the edge of Clark Fork in Missoula, MT, and started a Tincture at Wheaton Labs during the PTJ 2021.

To document the completion of the BB, I have provided the following:
- picture of the mullein leaf, freshly harvested
- picture of the tincture being made
- picture of the finished tincture in its labeled jar
