Originally some smart person put a ball on the end of a jigsaw and this is the end result. I know its not sustainable but when it hurts to pull weeds you gotta do something. As Daniel suggests fasting probably helps a lot. I intermittant fast in the hope that it will activate sirtuins and other functions that will help in the healing process.
