Excellent! The only thing it's missing is the bit about "stretching" and "reaching" while getting this workout. Hmm... also missed my pole saw. That's a rare version of zoomba to bird music.

Oh, and aerobic dashing! Running from pissed off wasps, running after the goats who just breached the fence, chasing down the cardboard sheet mulch the wind just took...
Chin ups, when you try to decide if that tree can be climbed to pick the fruit easier. And weird yoga positions: downward facing weeds, warrior 2 as you cross a stream on rocks carrying a log, and the unnamed one that you do when you are sitting on the ground and realize the tool you need is 2 feet past your reach.
