Noel Young made a Goose Egg Custard, so I figured I'd share my Duck Egg Dutch Baby.

This was the first Dutch Baby I've made, and I'm going to tweak the recipe. (Too much butter).

Nonetheless, here are a couple pics, and I'll post the recipe shortly. I'm technically at work ;)

This is the NYT's recipe for a Dutch Baby.

I've found other recipes, but I haven't tried them yet. Noel's custard reminded me of Dutch Babies because Dutch Babies have a custardy consistency in the center.

They kick you out of Washington State if you don't have a dog and if you don't like Dutch Babies.
