Canadian sources for bulk gluten free flour?

Does anyone have any good online order sources for bulk (~20 kg) gluten free flour? Preferably Canadian sources, as international shipping is very slow these days and the exchange rate is unpredictable.

I've tried ordering from the local bulk food store for the last week, but the owner has yet to get back to me with a quote.

Google found me Cannelle Boulangerie in Quebec, but their website contact form and info email address is down, which I find suspicious.

We order a lot of our bulk goods from Organic Matters, out of Nelson BC. They’ve been great, but due to the recent pandemic they’ve been off-and-on.

I can't post a link on my phone but search for Wolfgang's grains out of Enderby BC. They sell grain and flour in some of the stores around here, and I've bought their millet in the past. Not sure if they're set up with a dedicated mill for gluten free though.

I imagine something closer to Ontario might be of help for Catie.

On a second note

Have you considered grinding you own flour? Have some brown rice? have a grinder? Have any other gluten free grains?

You guys are making me miss BC!!! When I lived on the island one summer, used to bike to the local healthy foods store and buy brown paper bagged flour by the 2 kg.

Organic matters seems to be down, and Wolfgangs doesn't seem to do GF.

Thanks for the Jamestown flour link! They have gluten free oats, too!  They seem to do wholesale only but I contacted anyways since those are the quantities I want.

I have thought about grinding my own, but none of the under $400 mills seem to be able to make a fine flour. I would be happy to be wrong about that if someone knows of one.

I just bought a 5kg bag of organic spelt at a Mennonite store. Says it came from ``Grain Process Enterprises Ltd` in Scarborough. Dunno if you could ask them for their retail customers.....
