Tadpoles and froglets are awesome - let's hope so. My frog pond has lots of lemna on the surface and I don't harvest it at this time of year for fear of disturbing frog hanky/panky or eggs. We have more than one species and when the little green tree frogs are almost ready to leave, if you startle them, they pop like popcorn on the lemna-covered surface.
Tree frogs are welcome around here, except when they decide to hide in the metal downspout of the house just outside my bedroom window. Then I'm known to say unrepeatable words.
