Who knew?! It's funny because I actually made burgers for lunch!

There's pastured organic beef available from Turner Farms here in Missoula and it was their delicious ground beef that I used. No pictures though.

I think that was the year that we had a couple sides of beef and ALL of it was turned in to ground because it wasn't hung/aged.
