Here's the short version:

Former residents tried to insulate the crawl space of a cabin with fibreglass pink insulation. Did not protect it against rodents. Squirrels and mice had a wild multi-year party.

Now it's vile, discoloured, and infused with deer mouse feces/urine. Stinks like hell. Hantavirus hazard. In an enclosed area.

I have to remove it, full HAZMAT kit. I am not pleased. Saying bad words.

But I am determined to get value and utility out of this material, dammit, because I guess I'm a deranged fool, and you folks are the only ones who would understand.

Thoughts?

Could it be contained in plastic, then used to insulate the sides of growing boxes/frames, and boxed in?

Hi Douglas;   Been there and done that. Nasty shit.
As fast as I could that would be hauled off to a landfill, even if I had to pay to dump the stinky, itchy stuff!
Now that's just me and maybe someone else has a better idea...
Until I heard from that person , I would load it up to go to the dump!

Add it to concrete to improve crack resistance.

or mix it into cob for the same reason William suggested.
EDIT: Just please wear the same level of safety gear while mixing to protect yourself if you do decide to use it for such purposes!
