Has anyone created a building cost sheet for a WOFATI style structure? I want to do as much advance planning as possible.

Hi bruce;
I can't help you with your cost sheet.
But I did add your post to the wofati forum as well.
Hopefully someone there might be able to help you.

Start with a list of materials and go from there.

The question is what materials are needed, and how much. The OP doesn't want to miss something that is needed but he hasn't thought of.

Thanks John. At my current stage of panning, I am not sure what materials and tools I will need. For example, will I need a front end loader and a backhoe?

So you need more than a cost sheet.

Cost sheets usually apply to, in your case the building.
So design the structure on paper and list everything needed.
If you dont know where to start, look at similar building, study drawings and books.

Then add extra tasks that need completion, earthworks, road, water tanks, ETC.
Then breakdown those tasks as to how they will be done.
Then go done further to equipment, hire , but etc.
