My wife and I need help!  We are located in rural, but beautiful, SW Arkansas.  Growing up in conventional farm families we have been transitioning to a regenerative farm/ranch for the last 10 plus years.  We raise beef cows, hair sheep, a few Jersey and Jersey x cows, bees, gardens, forest garden, a few chickens, and are expanding in all areas as well as agritourism.  Although not required of applicants we are Christ Followers.  Families would be considered, but we are only looking to hire one individual.  Pay is locally competitive and housing and utilities will be provided.  Integrity, honesty, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic are a MUST!  Employee holons would be encouraged.  If this interests you there are many more details that we would like to visit with you about about.

Hello, would be interested in more information about your offer.

Lots of gardening, tree planting, and animal experience. Looking for a place to get gardening.

Thank you for posting. Seems like a nice place you're developing.

How much land do you work with?  What kind of water do you drink/use on the farm?

Would you consider 2 people(my wife and I). We have some experience in beekeeping, gardening(culinary/medicinal herbs, veggies), seed saving, fruit tree planting, and some more but just to say we know a little tiny bit. No real "working" experience with animals, but are interested in learing the whole process.

reaching out to learn more about your needs and your time-line. As well as considerations of this as seasonal help or other ideas you have?

Hi Andy,
I've been a traveling rancher for a few years, lots of experience in different climates, all types of animals, currently at mid-Texas. My current position ends in a few days, so it's have availability and would be looking for mid to long term position.
I am a single mother, homeschooling and travel with a plutonic f- roommate. We are Christ followers and wide awake. If you would like to chat and see if we would be a good fit, I'd love to chat.
Sincerely,
Tara
