About a month ago, I planted quite a few seeds in quite a few different pots.

The problem is, I though I'd have a good enough memory to remember what I put, and where. And I also am discovering most of those plants, having never sown them before.

So, as my memory was incredibly strong, here I am. Which of those two plants is this ? Verbena Officinalis, or Monarda Fistulosa ? It could also be something completely different, however it's unlikely.

Haha excellent! So recognizable! I cut up yoghurt jars now to write on with a marker. Cheaper is impossible.
It looks like monarda to me. That fuzzyness, that gentle wave of the leaf.

I second Hugo...I planted Monarda citriodora a few weeks ago, and it looks exactly like that right now.

I make diagrams in my garden notebook for seedling labeling...just as long as I don't change the orientation of the tray, I'm good :) Still, it's happened once or twice, and it's always nice to be surprised in the garden!

Okay, thanks a lot. So it looks like I'm going to have to sow again some verbena !
