Today is National Cream Puff Day!

Ooh! For a friend's birthday in 2021, I tried making them for the first time- "profiterole" style with homemade pastry cream inside and chocolate ganache for on top, too! Came out so great.

They are the one thing my husband wants for his birthday or xmas or any other special day
