Choux Pastry - Cream Puffs

When I left home to go to college, a whole new world opened up for me.  I meet a lot of really nice and interesting new friends.

These friends introduced me to a whole new world of foods, especially pastries like cream puffs and chocolate eclairs.

Ooh! For a friend's birthday in 2021, I tried making them for the first time- "profiterole" style with homemade pastry cream inside and chocolate ganache for on top, too! Came out so great.
