Hi.

Im lately liking Calhoun County West Virginia. Heads up I see 11 acres and a block house for sale for $25.000  "owner financing". Its not for me but it might be something you need. Best, M

Here you go Mike, I saw another 11 acre property too but its best to search in a variety of ways. Calhoun County is the county,  I like the area, some of the lowest population density in the State. Very rural.
