Is the stench associated with eating Ramps a myth?

I was able to get some "Ramps Butter" for $2 at a local grocery store not too long ago & ended up making a steak with some of it last week. I'd been led to believe by the internet that eating Ramps causes an extreme stench to emminate from the body for about 3 days, but had no such issue. I'm assuming that, either:

A) This is an urban legend
B) Something else I ate- or just wearing deodorant in general- neutralized the effect
C) You would have to eat them raw in order for that to happen

Has anyone else ever had such an issue with Ramps? What do we think on the matter?

yep, i’ve never experienced it, eating a fair amount of ramps and being around others that do. maybe to a very sensitive-nosed person who never eats any alliums?
