I started doing a local farmers market during the pandemic and learned that it was a challenge trying to sell whole frozen poultry.  I made some adjustments and learned through trial and error what works.  Now, I make $1200 per week at the farmer's market just selling pastured poultry.  I wrote what I learned in a free ebook that I would like to share.  Click the link below to get the free ebook Farmers Market Domination.

I use the forest (loblolly) for my ducks to hunt bugs also.

Thanks for sharing! I thought the ebook was great refresher on market mindset.

I also raise Pasture Raised Duck and was curious if you need licensing and inspecti9n in your state for some of your products such as the sausage, confit or prosciutto
