1 week new to Paul & permies after attending a lecture last weekend.
Finishing a growing dome and I can say thatI can grow anything green - just not anything to actually eat.  Yay fresh oxygen in the house! ahaha  No really, the greenhouse is a tremendous experiment on feeding myself & family good food so fingers crossed!
What actually caught me attention even more was the RMH.  While we are finishing up this years (&hopefully several years) of winter splitting & stacking I heard about Paul speaking at the Preppers thing in Bonner - meh...  Oh No, Wait!  Looking up speakers I found the RMH and looked at my split pile & then the video & then the split pile and Weeeelllll, I am getting a new RMH this fall!!!  Wahoooooo - no convincing required.  Pebble style for us & nothing too fancy this year - maybe we will overhaul it next summer?  Hoping this does not take too much time to put together as mud is coming soon.

Hi Teri;
Welcome to Permies!
What part of Bonner county are you in?
I live 60 miles east of Sandpoint.
We have 3 working RMHs here that you are welcome to come to see.
I can give you pointers on building yours.

Hello Thomas,
We live in Kookie County actually - Hayden but am willing and love to drive this lovely area.  25 years here & still takes my breath away on new or old favorite drives.
If you are willing to have a couple of lookie loo's who ask a lot of questions we would be thrilled to visit!  Would have to be a weekend if that would work.  You name the date - we are available: Oct. 8,9, 22 and 23 or any weekend in Nov.
I was hoping to get this thing in before winter actually takes hold this year - don't know if that is doable but it's a goal right along side getting those greenhouse beds finished.

Hi Teri!  I'm Tracey and I was also at the expo.  LOVED every minute of it!  I am also wanting to build a RMH and lots of other amazing projects!  I'm over near Priest Lake.  Glad to see someone else who was there.
