If money was no object, what sort of RMH would you make?
I understand one of the points of the RMH is it's cheap to make and run. But given a large budget how would you make it? Sandstone mass? Triple insulated exhaust pipe? Custom made cast iron bell?

Sounds fun. How about huge 5'x5'x thick soapstone slabs? They would hold heat and look good.
Custom-made cast iron trim with nickel plating... Oh Yeah!
Thick highly polished solid copper "stove-top" for a kettle.
Stainless steel stovepipe or maybe more copper... yeah! that's it hand rolled copper stove pipe would be very cool!
This whole dream RMH could be built in my dream stone/timber frame Queen Anne-style house...
With a full shop facility...
