Rum cake. I'm hunting for a recipe that is as close as possible to the ones I loved from my youth - but in a gluten-free and maybe even keto version. It's essentially a rich, yellow cake, heavily laced with light rum, drizzled with an equally rich, buttery rum glaze. These are usually garnished with whatever fruits are available.
