2 accounts / paypal stuff / homestead bundle

I purchased the Homestead Bundle on my permies account. You only accept paypal so I had to use my wife's paypal account we share to make the purchase. Your website created a guest account and automatically loaded my wife's name to the purchase and her profile on your site is diana jean.

I don't mind managing two accounts right now to get the download but the links to download the ebooks do not show up on the diana jean account. When I click on each book, it says we still have to pay to access it.

I have purchased a book from you before on my Brad Layne profile on your site before so not sure what went wrong with this purchase that it created a guest account and automatically loaded a new account for my wife on permies.

The bottom line is, can you make sure the download links show up on the diana jean account to download the ebooks bundle we paid for?

We need to know what accounts are involved and some way to verify both accounts are you. Then we can start the investigation and see what solutions are available.

Fastest way to do this is for you to post to this thread from both accounts.

It also helps to share the link to which digital market item we are looking at.

You can also PM me from both accounts. That will show that you are the owner of both accounts, and it will give me the account ID numbers so I can push the buttons to merge your accounts.

Also, all of the the different books/videos in the Homestead bundle got sent out as gift codes.

You could log into the automatically-generated account linked to your wife's name. Then go to its My Stuff, click the link that says, "DM threads - gifts I manage." You'll see a bunch of gift code URLs. Just copy them, log into your own account, and paste them into your address bar. You can then claim them on your normal account. (I would probably open up two separate browsers for this, one logged into your wife's account, and one in yours. You can then easily copy and paste the links to your logged in browser and claim them).
