They seem easy to get, but for those shocked by your request, here is a surprise about them.
From; Diesel tree explained
" Native to South American rainforests, diesel tree is a medium to large evergreen that bears egg-shaped fruit.
It produces oil that has potential application as a biofuel."

Hi Glen,
I have no idea where to get one, but thank you for asking the question, because I had to look up this tree and see what it was. And I learned something today. Interesting plant.

I have "diesel trees" at my property in Humpty Doo NT, I planted 300 trees about 15 years ago.
The 300 trees have been reduced to 40 trees.
Some of them are currently flowering and I am interested in supplying seeds to buyers.

I have added Diesel trees to the list of trees that I wished grew around here.  Its  near the top of the list just under Money Tree, followed by fig, peaches and  mangoes.

I do have maple syrup trees though, so there is that.

Supposedly there are seed available from australia in bulk. And there are whispers that they are planted at a USDA test plot in Hilo. Still haven't seen one.
