Single M(58) Retired but active looking for partner to build two sustainable properties

Hi,
Formalities first I guess. I am 58 in relatively good shape(had a stroke two years ago but recovering well. Intelligent, articulate, hardworking and social.

I am looking for a partner to work beside me, she is terribly intelligent, clever, hardworking, and well read, it wouldn't hurt if she were beautiful as well inside and out.
Everything is paid for and will be paid for before I do it. I am not wealthy but I am comfortable. It would be awesome if this partner were to bring something to the table but it is not a requirement. Digital Nomad would be perfect.

I am not a minimalist or a prepper. I believe in mechanized equipment and hiring out the things that are outside of my ability or capability.

I currently have two projects:|
The first is an old farmhouse that I am remodeling and living in, it is quite livable at present but I am updating and opening it up a bit. It sits on 2.5 acres with an additional 60 acres that are family property and I have use of. It is completely on grid with fiber and all creature comforts I envision a barn, a garden, chickens, goats perhaps, a cow and a pig.

The second is a +-100 acre farm that will be built from scratch after we learn from all of mistakes on the small one.

I like your photo. Permaculture is so important and fun to me. I have been going at it . I practiced 5 years in California and 2 years now in subtropical Texas foodforests feel so right and things grow fast here. Where are you located?

Hi Rodney,

I just found this site recently.  I'm looking for someone to share THE dream with.  I just now did a post.  I'm 53, educated and have some great homesteading skills.  I'm a reader so I've been preparing for this venture over the last eight years.  I've been buying tools and equipment and feel like I'm a chicken expert - although I've never owned them before.  Haha!!
