Something to share with everyone, a seasoning blend that I have been using for years.  SPIKE "Gourmet Magic" made by (Tamara please take note) Modern Products, Inc. Mequon WI.

Sold online by the big A people (what don't they sell?).  Also W mart, online.  I use the Original but salt free, for my heart issues.

Has a long list of ingredients, that I'm sure one mix on their own if one wanted to try. (Can't list ingredients here, print is wayyyy too small)!

I use Spike in almost everything I cook.

Peace
