I have been drying some herbs for a side hustle, and had a half full jar of thyme left over, so I used some in some meatloaf and WOW!.... the flavor was so much more intense. I took a picture of mine vs the store bought stuff, and just look at the color difference. Sorry for the glare, I am not a photographer.
