Drawing a blank on composting method name

I read about a method of composting that uses a very large pile enclosed by a circular fence.  It uses a number of PVC pipes during the build and they are removed after that pile is built.  Drip hose is used on a timer to water it daily.  The name of the method has the name of the two people that created it.  I am drawing a complete blank on what this method is called.  Anyone know what I'm talking about that may know the name?

He uses huge round compost heaps to heat water.
