Master Gardener course videos don't run on my laptop...

Greetings!  Here's a puzzle: I got the Master Gardener course for Xmas.  It works on my iphone, but on my laptop I can't get the videos to run.   Putzing around, I found that I can't get ANY of the videos I've EVER bought to run on my laptop.  I tried several browsers and none of them work.

Suggestions?

i played the first vid myself to check.  I am using chrome on linux mint.

The Magic Wand of the Master!  Thanks, Paul!  You obviously don't have enough to do -- I expected an underling...

Anyway, for whatever reason (I tried Chrome yesterday!  I DID!  You must have some previously unidentified superpower...) it works!
