Even more effective. Corners make for more turbulent flow, and this is exactly what you are aiming for in a rocket stove.

Jim Fitzgibbon : Welcome to Permies.com , and a Big Welcome to the Rocket Mass Heaters and Wood Stoves Forum/Threads, With over 18,000 fellow members
you will always find someone here who wants to talk about what You want to talk about. Members with widely, even wildly differing opinions and points of view.
Mostly we play by the #1 rule we learned a long time ago in Kindergarten - "Play nice" !

I was medically retired after my T.B.I., and these pages are a godsend, here I can still contribute in a useful way, and this is all good therapy! On a good day
coming to these pages is a Joy, on a fair day it's still good.

I wish you the same luck and enjoyment I have received from our fellow members. It will not take long to get you up-to speed, especially if you are comfortable
about sharing a little about yourself,(for that there is no special hurry) your special skills will be appreciated here as more people find you on these Pages/Threads!

I personally have little use for much of the Jreck out there in You-Tube Land, I studiously avoid Single videos showing work in progress and 'look what I did!', lack of
follow-up, or other related videos I find means the builder is dissatisfied with his toy, and is off chasing the next shinny bauble !

You did ask for help, we have to learn a little more about you to be able to send you in the right direction But - Have you been to our sister site richsoil.com to click
on 'Rocket Stoves', this will take you to a set of videos built by professionals, or reviewed by them !

This is where I suggest that you go to rocketstoves.com for your PDF Copy $15.oo of Evans' and Jackson's book 'Rocket Mass Heaters ", there is STILL no other book in
any language with as much Rocket Mass Heater family information. While not 'Rocket Science' the information on the pages of 'The Book' will save you much in time
and money towards your 1st build !

Scan all of the Forums, you alone can find out the areas where your skill sets fit, don't hold back, if you like an answer or think that you can add something, go for it !
And come back often ! For the Good of the Crafts, See you here soon !

As always, your comments and questions are solicited and are Welcome ! Think like fire, flow like a gas, Don't be the Marshmallow ! Pyro - Logically Big AL !
