Oh Hai ya'll!

Call me Ishm-er, Dave. I live in NE Wyoming, originally from elsewhere. I became interested in making a more responsible use of the earth around me after I was studying my Bible and learned that Job was ecologically conscious. Using him as one of many examples to follow, I began to look around. Exposure to Thomas J Elpel's and Mike Oehler's books helped me along the way as I wanted out of the big city and somewhere to start. Fast forward several years and I am finally in a serious enough place to begin putting theory to work when I am not at work. Many things haven't worked out in the way I thought they would but that is life.

In my spare time, I enjoy cardgames, boardgames (because they're more social than a silly video game), working on home projects, reading, writing, traveling when able, biking, motorcycling, snowshoeing, martial arts, my '73 Mustang, great conversation, challenging questions, wordplay, mischief, looking at other cultures, really bad movies, good movies, documentaries, and other cool stuff. Sometimes I sleep well, too. Basically, I like making things fun.

Thanks for having me around!

Howdy Dave, I have a spot in south central Wyoming. I have a few good friends up around Newcastle. Most came from somewhere else to find freedom in Wyoming.
