Joe, mugwort would have a strong smell. When you crush a leaf and hold it to your nose, what does it smell like?

Works at a residential alternative high school in the Himalayas SECMOL.org . "Back home" is Cape Cod, E Coast USA.

It would smell almost like a citronella candle to me
