Howdy everyone! My name is Vermin and I've just started taking steps to starting my dream life of learning and living
permaculture. Like, just, /just/, starting. I've almost finished reading "The Hand Sculpted House", I've drawn some floor plans on graphing paper, and I transferred one of those designs onto a piece of
cardboard to begin building a 1"=1ft scale model. I've even posted a craigslist ad in my area hoping someone would have a half acre of
land to lease to me for my first cottage!
I've dreamed of living out of a
cob house for years, and I've dreamed of living out of an earthen building for as long as I've thought about houses. I plan on getting a guide on
permaculture gardening as soon as I'm finished with the cob book, and looking into supplementary resources as well. Any recommendations are most welcome!
Anywho, I'm looking forward to hearing from y'all, and I can't wait to read the wisdom of you experienced folks on here!
