Well, i haven't cooked on it yet. I need to sand the top! For the moment it is more of a feasibility experiment. But it might quickly get a space in my flat, to heat and cook. Won't be the primary cooking place tho. I love gas too much.
Then i started cutting the old beast. It's a range from the brand Coste, in France. If ever someone sees one for sell. They are pretty easy to retrofit i find. But the plasma cutter helps tremendously.

So how does the performance compare with the old stove? I bet it's a lot cleaner, but does it give you similar range and oven temps, or a big difference one direction or another?
