wood stove I have ever used. Liberator, gen 2 without the hopper. I ordered one around the 18th of August and it was sitting on my carport a few days after Labor day. There is a learning curve as is with any stove, but this stove with its small feed tube and two air intakes took me a little longer to get used to. I keep it outside for a week or so redoing and adding more paint, then burning/curing the paint before moving it into the basement. I finished all the set up yesterday, I had some early problems with smoke leaking from around the fireplace door frame, but some careful caulking took care of that and removing the damper from the exit pipe helped also.
I did a real test firing today for about two and half hours and could not be more pleased. I'm delighted with its performance, with the basement door open upstairs, using no fans as yet and burning less than a 5 gal bucket of mostly twigs and small limbs I got the temp upstairs to rise 5 degrees. I even had to come out of my sweatshirt.
I got this to use as a supplement for the heat pump and or for emergency use. Next will be building some sort of interlocking block "mass" around the stove to help store the heat.
Peace
