My balance problem has mostly gone away maybe due to taking magnesium supplements.

I have read that meditation, yoga and tai chi might help manage my dehydration problems.  

Also herbal tea of marshmallow  or slippery elm.

Yoga is not my cup of tea though tai chi seems perfect ...
