I purchased the freeheat combo pack a couple of weeks ago now, and after purchase it told me to await a link in my inbox.

I thought maybe it took a bit of time, so didn't think much of it, but it doesn't seem to be in the "My stuff" section of my profile either...

The charge hasn't been reversed, and my online banking still shows payment (see attached image). Not sure if I've done something wrong here... Please help!

Update:

The image doesn't seem to want to upload, but I have the payment invoice available for any staff member who may need it! Sorry for the inconvenience here.

my guess is that you were not logged in at the moment and the system was trying to get the purchase connected to your account.

That's likely it! I use a slightly abbreviated version of my name here.

I used a card ending in 5242 if you need any extra confirmation of it being me.

I think this is what happened:

you made the purchase while you were not logged in.  All cool.  Once the purchase is complete, the system will say something like "log in or register to complete the transaction".  And if you choose to skip that, no bigs, we send an email for that too.  Since you didn't see the email, my guess is that the email is in your spam folder.

In about 20 seconds I will manually complete this ...
