David Chandler, my Tai Chi instructor, made this video demonstrating a variety of hand dances that encourage & promote dexterity, coordination and neural pathway development.  I find them to be a fun challenge and try to practice them a little every day.  They're also a great way to spend time if you're stuck in traffic, on a plane/train or waiting in the doctors office.

This is more than brain games though it is neurological.

I feel it teaches coordination and balance.

Really does give the brain a workout.  And this will take me a good while to learn ...
