At my property, most years _____

I think about the boundaries and how they define the norm. I've mostly been thinking in these terms with regard to the weather (because the weather this winter has been weird) and how to describe where I live. I'm putting this out there to:
1) See how where you live is defined in the same way.
2) See if you have other clever applications for the same basic format.

The important implication of the "most years" format is that not every year does it do that.


At my property, most years the temperature goes above 90F (32C).
At my property, most years the temperature goes below -30F (-34C).
At my property, most years, the snow falls around November 1st and we don't really see the ground again until April 1st.

At my property, most years, there's enough: lambsquarters, sheep sorrel, wild lettuce, milkweed, and blackberries to eat all I want.
At my property, most years, tomatoes volunteer around where I grew them last year.

I hope I am doing the right:

At my property, most years the temperature goes above 100F
At my property, most years the temperature goes below 32F at night and 60F or above during the day
At my property, most years, the snow falls rarely

When I had sheep most years I could plan on putting them out to pasture on the second week of April.

In ten years I never saw that deviate, even when I was sure with a late snowfall it would never happen. It still did: we got extra warm weather following it.
